Marlins Tag Wolf ... Again
Randy Wolf, a supposed "beast on the hill", is 0-4 to the Marlins since 2003. Which brings me to my point of this article. The Philz have a problem on the mound. I feel that we need to due our best to get people in our bullpen that are monsters in the Majors. There is some great talent and some good promise in Jon Lieber and Gavin Floyd. We need pitchers to be consistent. I remember the days of '93 when we had Curt Schilling, Tommy Greene, Mitch Williams (I know what your all thinking.. but he was a beast in the 9th until that damn homerun) on the dirt hill. Those guys were unbelievable. If the Philz can get their act together on the mound, we will be a machine this season.
Philz have fallen to 4-5 with a 1-2 series againt Florida. We need these NL East wins bad. I am tired of the damn Marlins and Braves takin it year after year. It is early in the season. The Philz have a big weekend series comin up against the Braves at home. It is a big test so keep your eyes on the scoreboard when you get a chance.

People seem to forget what is importnant in baseball. Pitching pitching pitching. Home runs may bring the fans, but for a team to be a real winner, its all about the pitching. My own buddy, George Steinbrenner has done the same thing, and the Yankees are off to a rocky start. They have plenty of batters, just their pitching cannot hold up as of now....this is me actually agreeing with a Philly's fan
Thats what Philly teams are best at doing . . . breaking there fans hearts
this entire division is so hard and all the arms are going to get beat around all season. Expect the winner of this division to win maybe 9 games
haha I love the little smartass comments between NY & Philly fans.
No worries. Yogi Berra said it best. Baseball is 80% mental and 50% physical. It will work out, however a little support could not hurt the team
