Philz Take Another Pre-Season Loss to The New York Monopoly ... I mean Yankees
Jaret Wright (2-0 for the Stankees) was tossin' that stitch well Tuesday night. The Philz took a 5-1 loss and a shutout through 6 innings. Now I am a patient fan, that is what being a Philadelphia Sports fan will do to you, but I cannot stand losing to any New York teams (especially because the only reason is because they buy their talent. Hopefully we'll pick toward the home stretch of Pre-Season.
Games this week for Spring Training: Today: Philz vs. Astros
Thurs: Philz vs. Blue Jays
Friday: Philz vs. Yankees
Saturday: Philz vs. Pirates

Phillies won their first game of the season! And according to my loyal sports fans of friends the last time they won the first game of the season the "Philz" won the world series in 1980! If my sources are correct...it's an interesting fact if nothing else.
